Senior DB Christopher Smith Leaving His Mark In Georgia Bulldog History

If you had to write a book on the 2021 and 2022 Georgia Bulldogs, you wouldn't be able to write a book without mention of defensive back Christopher Smith. 

In reality, you could begin with Smith whose huge play in the game against Clemson at the start of the 2020 season sparked Georgia's championship run and laid the foundation for the greatest college football defense ever 

The Georgian with the lowest ranking in the top class of 2018 recruits, Smith has turned into a top player for the nation's number 

one defense this season. He's been a force in the past two seasons and has already made his mark on Georgia Bulldog history. 

It was an important INT against Alabama during the second half of last year's championship game 

Thanks to Smith's INT the Bulldogs were able to defeat Alabama 33-18 and win the championship.

The Atlanta native who is from Hapeville Charter wasn't given an opportunity to play in the starting lineup until the end of the season of 2020, however, he has proved an effective defensive player in the secondary since
