It's not a secret that Colorado is interested in Jackson State head coach Deion Sanders.

While a deal hasn't yet been agreed upon, it appears that the school has offered a lucrative deal towards the Hall of Inductee.

In a report by CBS News Colorado The Buffaloes offer Sanders an initial salary that is more than $5 million annually.

In addition, the report says that Colorado provided Sanders with a "bevy of incentives" that could raise his annual salary by approximately 40 percent.

Colorado recently had perhaps its worst year in the history of the school. It is logical that the school's athletic department look into Sanders.

Sanders was named the Jackson State head coach in the year 2020. In the years since Sanders holds an overall record of 26-5.

Jackson State heads into this weekend's game with a record of 11-0. It will take on Southern at the SWAC championship game.
