CINCINNATI (WXIX). Bengals tie links Cincinnati and that $2 billion Powerball ticket auctioned the previous day in California.

The place in which the ticket was sold is operated by Joe Chahayed, according to numerous media outlets, such as NFL reporter Darren Rovell of The Action Network.

Chahayed's father-in-law is ex-Cincinnati Bengals Nose Tackle Domata Peko, Rovell says.

Chahayed is the owner and operator of Joe's Service Center, a gas station located in Altadena, California, according to a Daily Bulletin report.

Peko shared the report on his Instagram page and captioned it "My Father-In-Law Sold the winning PowerBall 2 billion $ Congratulations Baba

Since Chahayed is the owner of the place where the ticket was purchased, he'll get $1 million.

Peko was the mainstay of his life in Cincinnati. The Bengals were the first team to draft him during the 4th round of 2006's NFL Draft out of Michigan State.
