Ezekiel Elliott came off bench for first time in Cowboys career due to what Jerry Jones called a disciplinary issue

The Dallas Cowboys, and particularly the owner of the team, Jerry Jones, have been constant in their devotion towards their running forward Ezekiel Elliott 

When Jones is asked to do so to select Elliott, he hasn't even considered the slight chance that Elliott isn't at the center of Dallas their offense.

Every single time Elliott had been able to play for the Cowboys prior to Sunday when the day he began. Then, on Sunday night, his streak was ended. 

In Elliott's 98th game Elliott didn't play. Tony Pollard started for the Cowboys and was a part of all of the first game. 

Following the match, Jones told reporters it was due to a disciplinary matter
