Argentina will be entering their second World Cup game under unanticipated pressure following their shocking opening loss to Saudi Arabia.

This ended their 36-match unbeaten streak. Lionel Scaloni must now make a decision about whether to make major changes or rely on the players to bounce back immediately.

Lisandro Martnez could be called into defense, having replaced Cristian Romero at the hour mark of that loss. Julian Alvarez, who scored against the UAE in the pre-tournament friendlies, is also pushing for a starting spot

Leandro Paredes was unable to defeat Saudi Arabia and may lose his spot in the starting line-up to Enzo Fernandez if Scaloni decides to shuffle his pack. Lionel Messi will need to present a better performance for his country

Raul Jimenez's participation against Portugal was a huge boost for Mexico and he could very well be called in to lead the charge against Argentina.

Although the striker has not been playing for Wolves since August because of injury, he was on the bench to play 19 minutes during the opening match in Group C

He would be welcome to return to the team, as Mexico struggled with finding the clinical edge against Poland.
