Every day all week, inhabitants from Altadena have been looking at their neighbours, keeping track of coworkers who have called in sick
and ringing ex-spouses to determine those who might have the winner of the $2.04 billion Powerball ticket sold
at Joe's Service Center, located at a Mobil station for gas on Woodbury Road and Fair Oaks Avenue
Station manager Joe Chahayed, 75, states that the winner hasn't been announced but a steady flow of
people have poured into the station, buying gasoline and purchasing Lotto tickets.
